1. Free shipping for all orders over $39.99 in the contiguous U.S..

3. $6 flat rate on orders under $39.98

For Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico:

1. Expedited service: If you need to get your order as soon as possible due to some accidental factors, you can email us (service@青青伊人.com) to apply for expedited service. We will arrange shipment for you a few days in advance according to your situation. This service is free for you.

2. If the payment is delayed, the processing time will be lengthened.

3. Shipping costs will be automatically billed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Orders Tracking

1. After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. And your order will proceed to our local warehouse and the order will be ready within 24-48 hours.

2. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and package tracking number, and you are also able to track the status of your order through the email. Your package will typically be delivered within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Carriers

We will ship the products from our US local warehouses by our cooperated carriers. We are unable to choose an exact carrier for your order. Your order might be shipped by UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics US, 4PX and etc.
